The government in Kiev has taken concrete steps to legalize cryptocurrency mining. Ukraine’s Minister of Economy has ordered several ministries, agencies, and the National Bank to prepare the documents necessary to include mining in the state register of economic activities.
Easing the Pressure on the Crypto Community
Ukraine’s legislature does not seem to be in a hurry to adopt new crypto legislation, but the executive power in Kiev has taken matters into its own hands. At a meeting on Thursday, the Minister of Economic Development Stepan Kubiev ordered several other departments and agencies to do what’s necessary to include cryptocurrency mining in the state classifier of economic activities.

However, in the purpose of implementation of its program goals and charter objectives, the Association has rights for own movable and immovable property, facilities, vehicles, which have been gained in capacity of irrevocable financial support or voluntary contribution made by the members of Association.
No. The Association is a voluntary non-governmental association, one of the goals of which is not a gaining profit.
Decision on enrolment into Association is taken within one month from the date of application to become a member in the name of the President of Association.
Yes. According to the Charter of Association, the members of Association can be the natives of Ukraine, resident aliens staying in Ukraine on legal basis and who have reached 18 years.
Yes. All applications are to be considered within a month, starting from the date of submission, upon which an applicant is going to be informed of the decision. If the denial occurs, an applicant is expected to receive grounded reason on rejection.
The members of Association shall be entrepreneurs and companies who are agree with the Association Charter’s goals. Otherwise, a candidate may be rejected to his submission.
Application to membership shall be submitted to the Board, decision is made within a month from the date of submission. During a monthly period, a candidate is expected to receive a call and being informed of decision.
For the enrolment to members of Association, the required documents are as follows:
A candidate to membership shall submit a written request in the name of the President of Association. Hence, it is to be considered within a month from the date of submission. Upon the affirmative reply, a candidate becomes a member.
The members of Association can be the natives of Ukraine, foreigners or resident aliens staying in Ukraine on legal basis, who have reached 18 years and acknowledge the Charter of Association, and who are willing to cooperate with it.
