Mission of Association

The main goal of the IT Entrepreneurs Association is the multi-faceted development of IT-business segment:

1. Assistance to starting up companies;
2. Cooperation of IT business representatives with state authorities, advocacy and government relations within the field;
3. Legal aid and advice to competitors of the IT-field;
4. Initiatives targeted on development of IT business;
5. Exchange of experience, collecting the best practice;
6. Developing a platform for experience and competence exchange;
7. Resolving the conflicts between the players of IT business market, facilitation;
8. Cooperation with foreign and international IT-business related companies, involvement of international companies into developing of IT business in Ukraine;
9. Collaboration with state authorities:
   1. in development of regulatory background for extension of IT business;
   2. in development and implementation of programs and projects on information network and telecommunications;
10. in raising level of skills of IT-business members and awareness of wide range of users by means of internet services by extension the information in printed, electronic, audiovisual, or other means; holding on seminars, conferences and other related events;
11. working out methodology with respect to norms of professional ethics for IT business participants, standards and methods on professional training, leveling up competence, providing of competence assessment and certification of IT experts.

Association’s activity is being performed according to the Program of Works of Association, approved by the Meeting of Association for the term of five years. Information commitment of the Program and the performance results by the Association are to be highlighted on demand in mass-media.
